1.Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Relic Rush — Deep Dig (the “Game” or “Service”), operated by Henglian (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Henglian reserves and retains all rights, title, interest, and discretion in and over the Service, the Game, all virtual items and balances, and the rewards campaign.
2.Eligibility & age
You must be at least 16 years old to create your own account and use the Service. If you are under 16, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We may ask you to verify your age and identity, particularly in connection with the rewards campaign described in section 6.
3.Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You may hold one account per person. The Service is online-only: your progress, balances, and entitlements are stored with your account and are not available offline. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4.Virtual items & in-game currency
The Game includes virtual items and in-game currencies (such as coins, gems, tickets, and fragments). These have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game except where the Game expressly allows. We may add, change, remove, or reset virtual items and balances at our discretion. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold.
5.Purchases, subscriptions & payments
Some features and items can be purchased in Thai Baht (THB). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Opn (Omise); we do not store your full card details. Prices, packs, and offers may change.
VIP membership is a paid subscription. Card payments renew automatically each billing period until you cancel; other payment methods (such as TrueMoney) are purchased per period and do not auto-renew. You can cancel at any time — cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period. If you need help managing your membership, contact us via Instagram @relic_rush_thailand.
Except where required by applicable law (including Thai consumer protection law), purchases of virtual items and completed subscription periods are non-refundable. If you believe a refund is required under applicable law, please contact us.
6.Rewards campaign (real-item prizes)
Real-item rewards are part of a limited promotional campaign offered at our discretion. We may change, pause, or end the campaign, or any individual reward, at any time.
How rewards work. You earn tickets by playing the Game. Redeeming a reward requires enough tickets and, for most rewards, an active VIP membership. Certain rewards unlocked by the Starter Pack may be redeemed without a VIP membership for a limited period after the Starter Pack is purchased; after that period, an active VIP membership is required to redeem. Rewards are obtained through play — having enough tickets always allows redemption. There is no random draw, lottery, or element of chance involved in obtaining a reward.
Eligibility. To redeem a reward you must:
- be 16 years or older; if you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must supervise and complete the redemption on your behalf;
- hold an active VIP membership (and, for certain headline rewards, a minimum membership tenure) — except for rewards unlocked by the Starter Pack, which may be redeemed without VIP for a limited period after purchase, after which an active VIP membership is required;
- provide a valid delivery address in Thailand — we ship within Thailand only; and
- complete any verification of eligibility, age, or identity that we may reasonably require before a reward is dispatched.
Availability & substitution. Rewards are subject to availability and limited quantities. We may substitute a reward of equal or greater value, or withdraw a reward, at our discretion.
Shipping. We ship to Thailand addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk and title in a reward pass to you on delivery.
Taxes & costs. You are responsible for any taxes or charges that may apply to a reward you receive.
Trademarks. Product names and brands that may appear as rewards (for example, games console, tablet, phone, and computer brands) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of those companies, and any reward is supplied independently by us.
Fair play. We may withhold or revoke a reward, and suspend or close an account, where we reasonably believe that fraud, cheating, the use of multiple accounts, or any breach of these Terms has occurred. We reserve all rights in relation to the campaign.
7.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, or use bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorised third-party software;
- create multiple accounts or manipulate gameplay to gain rewards or advantages unfairly;
- buy, sell, rent, or transfer accounts;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attack the Service; or
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may take action — including warning, suspension, or termination — for any breach.
8.Intellectual property
The Game and all related content, software, graphics, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
9.Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other players. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your licence ends and any virtual items and unredeemed balances are forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise.
10.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that progress or balances will never be affected.
11.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items, balances, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
12.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13.Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
14.Legal & compliance inquiries
Henglian operates Relic Rush — Deep Dig in good faith and on the basis of legal advice. Any individual, authority, or organization with a genuine question or concern regarding the legal basis, structure, or regulatory compliance of the Service — including its rewards campaign and redemption model — is welcome to raise it with us. Upon a reasonable and legitimate request, and where appropriate at our sole discretion, our legal team will respond and may provide a written legal memorandum or supporting documentation addressing the matter. Such inquiries may be submitted through the contact channel set out in this agreement.
